It’s almost that time of year again when all the kids are getting excited about what they’re going to be for Halloween this year. As my kids were growing up it was always a very big event and the anticipation of what they were going to dress up as was even a bigger deal.

It seems that the many choices of Disney characters are high on their list. Today it’s the same thing. The Disney characters have grown in number and their popularity has grown as well. And you know the Disney character Halloween costumes aren’t just for the kids any more. Adults have found them very popular for all those Halloween costume parties they’ll be going to this year also.

So as they say whether you’re a kid or just a kid-at-heart, the wide array of Disney costumes will a great place to start looking for that special Halloween costume this year.
The traditional characters will never get old. Who wouldn’t love to see their little girl dressed up as Snow White or Cinderella? The magic never ends. The classic Disney Movies have given us many adorable characters for children and toddlers alike. Just remember Peter Pan and Tinker Bell and who could forget Captain Hook. Of course for the younger children there will always be Mickey and Minnie.

But there are a growing number of new Disney Movies and Television shows that have brought us new characters to think about. Don’t forget about the Pirates of the Caribbean. This will be popular again this year for sure.

What about Hannah Montana – the teenager leading a double life as a rock star. This has been one of the Disney Channel’s most popular Television series. This is going to be extremely popular with the young teenage girls this year.

Also think about the movies “Toy Store” and the Disney Channel’s Original movie “High School Musical.” Both of these will be popular themes for Halloween costumes for the kids this year.

The list goes on and on. Disney characters provide an almost unlimited choice of Halloween costumes this year. The biggest problem for your kids will be trying to decide which one to be. Whatever the choice this year can be something very special.

For me, I remember having a lot of fun with my kids just sitting down and looking at all the possibilities. That might be even more fun than Halloween itself. Whatever the choice, enjoy Halloween this year like you never have before.
